Getting to Phillip Island and Chill House

Look for the pink mailbox.

Driving - you can find your own way to Phillip Island with maps and road signs. When you cross the bridge drive about 15km straight and you will arrive in Cowes, as you come into Cowes you will pass one round about (traffic island in the middle of the intersection that the cars go around) at the second round about turn right on Settlement Road go 50m and turn first left on Watchorn Road, Chill House is number 8 Watchorn Road on your left.

Bus - Arriving by bus, get off at the last bus stop in Cowes, walk to the intersection at the bus stop turn right up Thompson Avenue, walk up to the third round about (traffic island in the middle of the intersection that the cars go around) and turn left on Settlement Road, walk 50m and turn your first left on Watchorn Road walk 50m, Chill House is number 8 Watchorn Road on your left.

Ferry - Head up the main street (Thompson Avenue), walk up to the third round about (traffic island in the middle of the intersection that the cars go around) and turn left on Settlement Road, walk 50m and turn your first left on Watchorn Road walk 50m, Chill House is number 8 Watchorn Road on your left.

Getting around Phillip Island

Bus - There is a local bus run but only once a day and your options are limited!
Costs about $2.00

Bikes - Available at a couple of places in town, you can also hire bikes at Chill House for the cheapest rate in town!
Costs $15.00 from Chill House and $20.00 elsewhere.

Car - There are cars for hire on Phillip Island but again, options are limited, I think you have to be over 25. Coming soon the “CHILL MOBILE” an old corolla for hire from Chill House available to 21 and over. If you are thinking of that, you may want to book it early since there will only be one available.
Cost about $50.00 per day, plus a small insurance cost.
